If you've looked at my bird page, then you've already seen a lot of our garden decor. I love the hummingbird feeder that we have on our patio. It reminds me of a Calder mobile. The birdbath hanging from a shepherd's crook is another functional, yet attractive garden addition. My favorite is the waterfall fountain with my decorative birdhouse collection hanging above. I love the sound of running water in a garden and the birds love to bathe in it and drink from it. But the quintessential garden decor in Southern California has to be the patio table and barbecue. We are about 20 minutes inland from the beach and we get very hot summer days but the evenings usually cool to a pleasant temperature and we love to barbecue and eat outside. We don't have the mosquito or bug problems of many places. Here is my new Tommy Bahama-style patio table with my tropical placements and Portmeirion Botanical Garden dinnerware.
